Introduction	Eumir Carlo Fernandez comes from the heart island of the Phillippines, Cebu. Regardless, of his isolated location and the overwhelming influence of traditional art, Eumir became a fantasy digital artist. Thanks to a good blend of Western influences. He is a nomadic sponge for all things of fantasy. Eumir studied Fine Arts majoring in painting till he eventually pursued his talents in the working field as graphic illustrator and aspiring concept artist. Eumir always spends his free time to improve his craft and skills by long hours of practice in Photoshop. His developed style now is to put contrast between lighting and shadows and saturated colors to put brilliance to each work. He has an inclination for drawing has a strong points is at dynamic cartooned illustrations. He continues to hone his skills to the day he is recognized a great fantasy artist.
