| Introduction | Hey, My name is Glenda. I live in a small town in South Central Missouri with my husband of 41 years. I have three grown children and four of the most wonderful grandsons God ever created. I was a hairstylist for almost 40 years years, until a fall where I crushed my left wrist. I thank God for the use I did get back in my wrist, but some limitations made it very painful for me to continue with that career. So I retired from that the wonderful world of hairstyling. The beauty industry was in my blood, I knew I wanted to do more than just sit around, so I signed up to sell Avon. That was about 5 years ago and I am still selling Avon. My husband semi-retired when he started collecting his SS. He works a couple of days a week. Like me it is hard for him to just "do nothing". We are not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, but feel very blessed for what we have. |
