Introduction	I'm Jen, and my obsession with soap made the old-fashioned way started in 2000 when I began making small batches of cold-process bar soaps in the kitchen of my college apartment in Normal, Illinois. When my personal preference progressed to body wash in the shower, I also began making hot-process liquid soaps. Now in New Jersey, I've recruited my husband to make and use pure soaps.
