Introduction	With an eye on fifty I have learned a few things. With an adult child I find that I still worry about her but I now have a friend. With two teenage boys in the house I get by with a lot more because they make me look smarter in my wife’s eyes. When I wake up in the middle of the night shivering because my wife has taken the blanket’s like every other night I find that I am not pissed just happy that she is still there to take them after twenty three years. I am still a Pirate but my voyages now are taken with love and fun in mind. In the words of Toby Keith “I am not as good as I once was but I am good once as I ever was.” These are my ramblings..
