As an Air Force colonel, Mickey commanded thousands of Airmen, and served as the equivalent of the Executive Vice President for Physical Plant Operations, Logistics, Security, & Student Services at the US Air Force Academy. Mickey is the author of a powerful leadership book entitled: "Leading Leaders: Inspiring, Empowering, and Motivating Teams; Because of his passionate commitment to building great leaders, he’s been actively engaged in the global conversation by writing and speaking. As a speaker, Mickey has been in demand for over a decade presenting at numerous trade conferences and forums, and to civic groups across the country. He’s the founder of Lead the Way Media, a publishing enterprise dedicated to inspiring greatness in business and in life.
