Introduction	In a world in which honesty, compassion, and reliability are hard to find, I pride myself on having these qualities. Some people have everything come easily to them, and they take life for granted. Not me. For me, life recently has been a struggle. I have primary custody of my wonderful 8 1/2 year old son, I run my own law practice, and I am the landlord in a small office building I own. Plus, several years ago I had to battle a rare blood disorder (now in complete remission, thankfully) and this has all been made much more difficult as a result of having been abandoned by my girlfriend/best friend who walked out and deserted me and my son as I lay partially paralyzed and half dead after suffering major complications at a treatment center 1500 miles away. I have a positive, upbeat attitude, and I believe that everything happens for a reason. I look forward to blogging with you about children, sports, women, BPD, Judaism, cancer, orchids(I have numerous awards), or anything else on our minds.
