Why does the color blue mean raspberry-flavored?
I'm pretty sure it's because red is already taken by cherry AND strawberry and that's confusing enough. Besides, blue is the only color unclaimed by a fruit. Blueberries make an occasional appearance, but when's the last time you had a blueberry Jolly Rancher? Doesn't convert well. So really, raspberry has become the new blueberry for the color blue. Weird.
