Introduction	Random things about my characters: My newest book is TELEPHONE ROAD ~ the character of Marlena is what I strive to be ~ brave ~ a survivor ~ just like the character of Benji in YEAH, BUT I DIDN'T ~ my Y/A novel Stevie-girl is my favorite character--she's fierce! Liz is weak (ALL FOR LOVE) --is she immoral? You tell me... Quinn, definitely immoral, I think. Or maybe just weak, like Liz. Maybe that's why they made a good pair. Jase is fierce, like Stevie. I like my blue zombie in Chems. I like the boy, Billy, too. He's quite brave.
Interests	Reading, writing, music, family, pets, healing from Covid
Favorite movies	Terminator, The Shawshank Redemption, Star Wars, A Beautiful Mind, Courageous, Remember the Titans, Lonesome Dove, It's a Wonderful LIfe, John Wayne movies
Favorite music	I like all genres of music. But I think the best kind is what I think of as "songwriter music," you know, the kind the artist both writes and sings. Bruce Springsteen and Melissa Etheridge are two of my favorite singer/songwriters. I also like Texas Red Dirt music performed live by bands such as Reckless Kelly, Micky and the Motor Cars, Cody Jinks, and Willie Nelson. And Gospel. Always.
Favorite books	Silver Chief, Dog of the North, A Christmas Carol, The Stand, The Dead Zone, Red Sky at Morning, The Crystal Cave, The Hobbit, Dandelion Wine, The Phantom Pilot, All For Love...you didn't think I'd leave my own books off didja?
