| Introduction | As a gilder and restorer based between West Sussex and North West London, I have worked for over 25 years in the Antiques trade, with Architects, Interior Designers also undertaking private commissions. My training began with Judy Wetherall at The City and Gilds College, Kennington. In addition I studied paint finishes and gilding with Robert Cunning at The Camden Institute and for several years worked as a picture framer. I am a visual artist with a BA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and use gold in sculptural installation work. if you have any creative projects you would like realised i am willing to gild almost anything! Working using traditional methods of oil and water gilding and a wide range of metal leafs: Silver copper, Aluminium and gold metal leafs, also creating numerous paint finishes. I am always open to new ideas and developments.
