| Introduction | About Niels: Height: 14.2/3hh Breed: Haflinger Born: 1996 Sire: Naro Dam: Martine van Balloo We've had him for 3 years now and we've been to a handful of dressage competitions and fun rides together. He's a cheeky little guy, terrified of everything, but eager to please. We're competing at unaffliated elementary. About Me: I'm 21 years old, and I've been riding since I could walk. My Mum owned horses when I was young, but had no horses in our lives for quite a while until about 7 years ago. Had a couple of false starts with horses, but now we have Benny, a normandy cob from France, 15 years old, 16.2hh, who is predominantly my Dad's horse, Niels, who I share with my Mum and my younger brother, and now I have my very own, Opal, the newest addition. She'll have her own blog at some point! I'm studying for a Masters in Analytical Science at the University of Warwick. Little bit busy! I have a loving boyfriend, David, who I couldn't live without. I also have 3 cats and a dog. Play the violin and the guitar. Knit my heart out. And party hard when I can. : ) Enjoy! |
