Introduction	Hello, I'm Helga and this is my attempt at a design blog. I called it The Modern Farmhouse because, well mainly, my house is an old farmhouse with a few modern touches to it, and a couple of dashes of some other things. I'm saved by the grace of God and have and a wonderful husband a little baby boy. Two more males round out the family but they are much more furry than the rest of us. I love dogs, working on the house frugally as possible, everything interior design and decorating, and real estate. Thanks for stopping by, I hope I hear from you soon!
