Introduction	How it started: I crossed paths with a man playing a trumpet. I reached to tip the man with the loose change in my pockets, but as I approached I observed the man playing in his own world; nothing mattered outside of it. The fingering of the trumpet's valves and the tune it created were his only concern. At that moment I reached into my wallet to tip him with my largest bill. Not aware of what my actions would provoke, the man responded voicing that I gave him the inspiration to keep playing his song... My response being a cordial head knod in stride, he then stopped me... Taking me through each era of blues and jazz, referencing each artists unique style, telling his story between selections. This had been the most intriguing occurrence since I had arrived in this new place. He had opened my eyes to view that stories are often times overlooked by the indulge of one's expression of their unique passion. This is their story...
