| Introduction | I am a SAHM who loves to both cook and bake--although the latter seems to be a reaction to having kids. In my family food is love and nothing expresses love to me better than a plate of fresh baked cookies. My food interests include the cuisines of Mexico, SE Asia, India, and anything chocolate, cookies and bundt cakes. My appreciative (usually) audience includes my husband, my two daughters, and our Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, who are usually under my feet in the kitchen. You will also catch frequent references to my sister, Josie, who is my long distance reference source for all things culinary.
