| Introduction | Bill Phillips has been politically active since 1988. After working on campaigns in Louisiana, Bill moved to the Seattle area in 1993 and continued to politically volunteer for the next 15 years before founding Sound Strategies in 2009. Bill has worked on over 100 races in some capacity or another. His experience includes 10 years in the behavioral health field and 8 years of working to solve constituent issues for a Member of Congress. Bill served as Democratic chair the Snohomish County Democrats and of the 21st District Democrats in WA. He currently represents the 39th District Democrats on the Washington State Democratic Central Committee.
