My dad was from Italy and my mom from South Carolina. I had the best of both culinary worlds you could say. Cooking is my passion! A professional chef, I love everything about cooking. I enjoy the fast paced environment. I like to surround myself with people that are serious about food in a good way. I show up for work everyday happy and looking forward to cooking.
