| Introduction | Elizabeth Jackson, born one of six children and has lived in North Yorkshire all her life. She worked as a carpet salesperson whilst training to become a psychotherapist. Married for thirty six years to Edward, they have six children between them and seven grandchildren. She drew inspiration for Language of Thieves from her mother who had fond memories of Appleby fair and regaled them with stories. |
