| Introduction | I graduated from Northern Ballet School in 2015 and worked as a professional dancer on a cruise ship touring around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. This provided me with insights into different cultures and experience of working within the performing arts. It enabled me to understand the importance of being disciplined and working as part of a team. I then taught as a dance teacher at various primary and secondary schools, as well as at a Dance and Theatre school. This helped me to develop a patient approach and to communicate clearly with both children and adults. In addition, I helped to stage events, including at a major new theatre, as well as managing the social media accounts and administration and finance. I now perform as a professional dancer at various corporate and private events across the UK. |
