Introduction	I started working part time behind a bar in 1988 doing evenings and weekends in England, but not full time until I arrived in Hong Kong in 1993. I fell in love with the bar and sadly had to stop for awhile as it takes over your life. Although I have always worked in the beverage industry since 1988 Im not behind the bar much now. I have been learning a lot about wine since 2004 and now a Sommelier. If you have any questions about cocktails of the old days I might be able to help. Its a great industry and I love beverage a lot.
