| Introduction | I am an Independent Herbalife Distributor, Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Consultant. I know what it is like to struggle with weight. I used to be very overweight and I felt like I had nowhere to turn. I tried every fad diet known to man and nothing seemed to work. That is when I went back to school to study fitness and nutrition and learn the right way to lose weight. After I lost my weight, I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to helping others who want to lose their unwanted pounds in a healthy, and effective manner. I know how you feel. I also offer free personal training advice and nutritional coaching to my Herbalife clients. I believe to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off you need a well rounded approach.
