| Introduction | Check out my blog, www.designeurlife.com, a place where I share my passions in hopes that what inspires me may also serve as inspiration for you!! In 2011, my husband and I took the chance of a lifetime, packed all our belongings, and moved to Stuttgart, Germany to live and work abroad. As a Reservist in the Marine Corps, he had an opportunity to mobilize overseas for three years to work for the European Marine command; but, as a professional REALTOR and Home Stager working in New Orleans, Louisiana, I had to give up my careers in order to move. A sacrifice had to be made, but how many chances do you get to live abroad? We didn’t know what to expect, but we knew that it was an opportunity that we couldn’t pass up. We had always talked about and wanted to travel but really hadn’t been many places, so we knew that moving to Europe would allow us to live a life that we had always dreamed of!
