| Introduction | We are two grandparents who, like all, adore their grand kids. We have six. An unfortunate illness shook our family to the core when our 11 year old grandson, Pat, was diagnosed with leukemia. He did not let his illness impact his positive spirit. He founded Driving For Donors and the rest is history. We decided to write this blog to educate people about the serious need for potential bone marrow donors. We are also trying to raise sponsorship money to fund the 2009 National Driving For Donors. We have learned volumes from our grandchildren. The youngest, Tucker, has appeared on the Hollywood "Red Carpet" a few times asking celebrities, "What's Your Cause." We plan to ask grandparents - -"What's YOUR cause?" In our blog, we'd like to discuss with Grandparents ways they can get involved with their grandkids for a cause. We want to hear from all of you about how you are involved in various causes with your g-kids. Thank you for reading our blog.
