| Introduction | Hi I'm Alma, just your average working mom and wife who was tired, overweight and unhappy. One day I said enough and started making small changes to lose the weight, be healthy, active, and just be happy. I have lost almost 50lbs in the last 18 months and working on losing the last 30. My goal is to do it in a way that I will be able to keep doing forever. It's a journey not a destination and I want to enjoy it all. |
