Introduction	From Toyonaka/Osaka Japan. Family owns and runs rice shop "Tenmaiya." Have an older Sister and Brother. Began studying English after watching a Bon Jovi interview on MTV. Got an Associates in English at Osakajo Gakuen. Became a manager at Nova Language Institute in Japan, Travelled Europe, Lived in Australia and worked for Queensland College of English, toured Southeast Asia, Got Engaged at Melbourne Airportin 2002 and became Mrs. Chie Blumenthal on September 14, 2002 after getting married in Osaka. Moved to Dallas Texas in April 2003. Began school fulltime and worked part time at Richland College. I wanted to be an international counselor and help others moving to foreign countries as I had. I had a 4.0 GPA and received a Scholarship to SMU in 2006. My dreams were cut short when I was hit by a woman who failed to stop for a red light. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury and have been in hospitals and rehab centers for the last 2 years. My goal is to walk again, but my tremors are preventing me from walking. We can only hope it settles down. I work hard to get back the life I once had. I now want to be a therapist or counselor for others with tragedies like mine.
