Introduction	This blog has been created to keep the members of Porur Kundrathur Vijayam Maha(PKVM) Nagar Layout, Kundrathur informed of the activities and development happening in the layout. This layout approved by the CMDA (Appd. No.14/2004 Phase I and 105/2004 Phase II)and the Kundrathur Panchayat. This lay out is very near to the Tambaram-Maduravoyal Bye-pass road, just 3 kms from the Kundrathur Murugan Temple and nearer to Thiruneermalai temple. Police Quarters is next to this layout and a State Transport Bus Depot is to come up nearby. The road is being developed into a 100 feet road. The Nagar encompasses an area of nearly 115 acres with broad roads of 40’ and 30’ width. Residential plots : 1136 nos. Park and play ground area : 34,000 Sq. Mtr. (approx) Public Purpose land : 24,400 Sq. Mtrs. (approx) Community Hall land : 4,900 Sq. Mtrs. Apart from the above, there are provisions for Schools, shopping complex, etc.
