| Introduction | My name is Jen, married and have 1 dog Hudson. I decided to start a Fashion blog for fun and exposure; eventually my goal is to have a Vintage/modern clothing store. I've always been into fashion. Growing up in Haiti, I was influenced by my great aunt's taste, my mother's fabulous style and of course the fabulous Michelle B Duvalier (former 1st lady in the 80's). Her staple ponytail, she was fierce!!! I believe she now resides in France but she is an inspiration. Since I've been in the states I pursued a degree in Fashion and am lucky to work for one of America's classic designer. Now Besides spending time w/mon Mari & my family, fashion, styling, shopping, cooking are my favorite hobbies, they are what I do best. They are my stress relievers, there's nothing better then a sight of a nice pair of shoes when I'm stressed. Ha ha! Now my own style consist of Vintage, modern and designer pieces. I Love the uniqueness and character of vintage. It's my way of being green and spending less. I daily mixed highs and lows to create a chic outfit and you better believe I wear a piece of vintage everyday (scarf, bag,shoes, jewelry ...) |
