Introduction	I have been brewing since January 2009. I Got started after a friend gave me a copy of the Homebrewer's Companion, and I've been hooked ever since. My favorite beer styles are stouts and browns, but any beer shared with friends is a good one. No Limit Roofers for which NLR brewery is named, is a social club of mostly gamers. The roofers meet at the brewery once a month to game, brew and enjoy beer. In 2010 the roofers brewed over 100 gallons of beer, cider and mead.
