| Introduction | I am a 37yr old mother of 2 small boys that keep me on the go! I discovered running just over a year ago and immediately turned to trail and longer distances as they looked like so much fun! I am an outdoor girl at heart and adding the running/racing element to being in the bush makes being outdoors even more exciting! As I race & run I learn & grow as a runner and I am constantly morphing myself...I get stronger both physically and mentally with each challenge. The goal again next year will be to complete the Canadian Death Race 2009! I missed a cut by 3K and that was devastating, and I am going back to take on the beast with some eager friends. I look forward to the challenges 2009 brings! |
