Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Scarves always clash with either my hair or the rest of my clothes. Also I have the tendency to wear turtle neck jerseys and hoodies which create so much bulk around the neck. It is not cool when the neck is the widest point of your body *wobbles away*
