| Introduction | Welcome to Inspire Wellness! I am a self proclaimed “natural born planner” and an ambitious woman. I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, and my mission in life is to Inspire Wellness in everyone around me! Whether it be through positive attitudes and faith building experiences or healthy decisions in nutrition and exercise, I want to share my story with you and inspire you to live the best life you can! Here's some history on me - Mandy Brakel Anderson: At the age of 19, I recorded an independently released CD where I wrote eight of the nine songs. I stay busy as a business owner, singer, songwriter, freelance writer and a public speaker, encouraging people that they can overcome their obstacles and accomplish all of their lifelong dreams! As the owner of Creative Elements Marketing, I provide marketing strategy development, contact management, image & presentation development, branding and advertising services for businesses and non-profit organizations. I currently volunteer as the Women’s Events Coordinator at my church where I also sing. I enjoy a fast paced, inspiring & busy life with my wonderful husband, Nate, and our baby -a shih tzu named Ajah. |
