| Introduction | Welcome to Oily Allie! Who am I anyway? I'm just a crunchy mama who changed my lifestyle once I found out we were expecting our first child. I've been on a quest to find the healthiest foods, beauty products and cleaning products since I read that what we put ON our bodies actually ends up IN our bodies. That was troubling for me once I looked at the ingredients in my beauty and cleaning products and not only did I not recognize most of them but I couldn't pronounce any of them!
