| Introduction | I am deaf since birth and have bilateral Cochlear Implants from Advanced Bionics. I am a mentor for BEA (Bionic Ear Assoc). and enjoy reaching out to the deaf and hard of hearing. I am also married for 26 years and have two sons, one stepson and a stepdaughter. I have 8 wonderful grandchildren. I live in the White Mountains of AZ where I enjoy God's creation and the beauty of nature God created. I am active in church at The New Living Church in Lakeside, AZ. On occasions I teach the children's Sunday School students sign language to perform during services. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and since my Cochlear Implants, I also enjoy new sounds and hearing that I have never heard before. God has blessed me with the gift of hearing. |
