| Introduction | I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, so I have a fine downy coat of rain-resistant feathers and a great love of trees, moss, mountains, water, and COFFEE. I have very long, frizzy hair, which I somehow manage to get along with anyway, most of the time, mostly because I let it have its way. I'm a Unitarian Universalist (U.U.) with a great family, fabulous friends and the sweetest boyfriend in the world. |

| Favorite movies | Practical Magic, Far and Away, Little Women, Stargate, The Fifth Element, too many musicals and comedies to count. I'm a big movie watcher. |
| Favorite music | I listen to music genres nearly across the board from classical to rock to country to blues and so on. |
| Favorite books | I love to read. The mostly read fiction, but I also enjoy history and interesting non-fiction. Sometimes I delve into the classics, sometimes the latest best-seller, or a fun romance or mystery. |
