| Introduction | Lauran on Katie: Katie is a fine young frontier women who was born in St. Louis, MO. She discovered her passion for life during high school when she frequently volunteered at Children's Hospital. Katie made her dreams come true by attending SLU. Katie's favorite pastime is banking. Wen became friends when we planned to meet in Paris over spring break... she stood me up, and a beautiful friendship began. Katie also loves to travel, her most memorable travels are to Ireland, Spain, and Antarctica. Recently, she discovered she was incredibly allergic to kiwi, and now has an epi-pen surgically implanted in her right hip bone. Katie is excited to learn about our nation's history on this trip, and to use roadside flares when emergencies arise. |

| Interests | Katie on Lauran: I first met Lauran after she had a permanent smile surgically placed on her faced. Lauran was born in Germany - last year she visited the hospital she was allegedly birthed at no hospital was there. Lauran has spent most of her life traveling around the world. Some of the highlighted stops are Korea, Billings, Bismark, New Glarus. In the last decade Lauran has accomplished a lot and we sure are proud of her-- She has graduated high school, was in the marching band college and worked at taco bell. For the last two years she has worked at St. John's Mercy medical center where she sings are patients to sleep. Her favorite tunes are that of Doris Day. The things that Lauran looks forward to most on this trip is using her expertise in homemade remedies to keep bears away. |
