| Introduction | I am a 45-year-old (soon to be 46) woman who has been overweight for nearly 20 years. I have tried and failed many times to lose weight but have decided this time is THE time I will take charge and lose this weight. Between working two jobs and taking care of cats, dogs, and a husband, somehow I intend to now take care of me as well (in other ways than with food).
