Introduction An accidental foodie, mom to mini-foodie, and a real, live in-my-thirties girl whose simple rules for eating are as follows: 1. Food with food in it. Food should be made out of food and only food. If you can't hunt it, gather it, grow it, or make it out of things hunted, gathered, or grown, you probably shouldn't be eating it. 2. Food flavored food. Your food should taste like food. I challenge somebody to find for me, in nature, something that even approximates the flavor we have come to culturally know as "blue raspberry."
