Introduction	I have spent my entire career in the golf course management industry. I started as an Assistant Greenkeeper at East Sussex National Golf Club working weekends and during the holidays when I was still at the local secondary school. Over the last 22-years I have developed a qualified and reputable career, which has included roles with the US Tour, a full-time position with The European Tour and lead to my current position of Golf Courses Manager at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club. I am qualified with an HND in Turfgrass Science and Sportsturf Management from the University of Central Lancashire and a Certificate in Soil Fertility & Agronomy from Penn State University. I am a BIGGA Master Greenkeeper and a member of the ACCA with a postgraduste Diploma in Financial Management. I work closely with our neighbours and stakeholders including the Crown Estates, Richmond Borough Council, The Forestry Commission, The Environment Agency and The Thames Landscape Strategy Forum to empathetically affect the continuing prudent development of the golf courses and Old Deer Park.
