| Introduction | My many truly wonderful visits to Walt Disney World as a kid led to a deep appreciation of Walt Disney, the remarkable company he made and the great works of art he and the Imagineers who succeeded him created at the Magic Kingdom and elsewhere. This, combined with a love for great literature, music, and film, inspired the creation of my blog Haunted Serenade. The name is a tribute to the Haunted Mansion and Tropical Serenade (more commonly known as Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room), my favorite ride and show at Walt Disney World, and absolute masterpieces that embody the powerful spirit of the old Disney organization that I have come to admire so much. |
