| Introduction | I live in south San Jose. I was born in suburb of Mumbai. did high school, diploma in mumbai and bs, ms in USA. Did many kinds of work in USA. many years writing software, few years real estate related work, making multimedia etc. These days lots of curiosity about our world. I read, travel etc. during slow time in real estate and also do short term work when possible. Also 'trying' to write articles on various topics on social, health, environment, global issues. I like both high-tech as well as low-tech. I have lot of respect for math, science, small farmers, small food makers in villages, tribal areas in India and many parts of the world. I respect non-imposing aspects of all religions. i consider myself a multi-spiritual person. Spirituality from many sources. An example expressed in devotional songs sung by mahatma Gandhi with all classes of society. I respect the principles of ahinsa(non-violence) and shakti (strength) that is used for the protection of the freedom and the weak and innocent in the society. Some of my role models include Gandhi, Vivekananda, Guru Govind Singh etc in India and Dr King, Rosa Parks, JFK etc. in America. |

| Favorite movies | like movies with some historic depiction or some good simple social story or good rythamic dance, songs etc. Among Hindi movies: Aradhana, Milan, Ashirvaad, Raja aur Rank, Amrapali, mugle azam, Songs in Mera gaon mera desh and many other movies (will make a list later) Many more movies stories and songs etc. I liked moves of very good actors like meena kumari, nutan, vayjanti mala, wahida rehman, smita patil, hema malini, shabana azmi, jaya bhaduri, ashok kumar, amitabh bachan, sanjeev kumar, manoj kumar, jitendra, hritek roshan, ranbir kapoor. mehmood-comedian-actor, lalita pawar !, bindu ! etc. In amarican movies Benhur, eye witness, Good Will Hunting by Matt Damon & Bill Affleck (a janitor at mit solve complex math problems), some documentary-movies by michael moore etc movies of actor tom cruise etc. |

| Favorite books | My favorite books are technical books like "C" programming language by K&R. But I have many favorite short stories and poetries, - Story of Eklavya, Story of Shabri, Story of Karn. Poems by Kabir Das, Raskhan, Mahadevi Verma, kalidas etc. |
