| Introduction | I have been married for over 10 years to an amazing man, Matt, who makes me smile every day. He is truly God's greatest gift to me & I would not be who I am today without his love and support. After a long journey, we welcomed our twins, Ryan & Quinn, into the world on June 3, 2010. Life is quite the roller coaster now but we wouldn't have it any other way! Our daughter Quinn was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect called "Double Outlet Right Ventricle with Pulmonary Stenosis and Ventricular Septal Defect" (whew, say that 5 times fast!) when I was 22 weeks pregnant. She endured two open heart surgeries in September and October of 2011. Both kids are doing GREAT and Mom & Dad are hanging in there pretty well, too! There is never a dull moment for sure, but we wouldn't have it any other way. This is our story & welcome to it :) |
