| Introduction | I started cooking because I liked eating. Simple enough. I have no professional experience, but I am always looking for the food not tasted, the dish not attempted, not mastered. I am fascinated by uncommon or complicated cooking techniques when they yield results worth the effort. And, of course, I love wine. Not only drinking it, but understanding and appreciating it.
