| Introduction | I am a Life and Fitness Coach in India,where so far the fitness industry was limited...to the wrestlers, power-lifters and bodybuilders.Being a personal trainer or fitness trainer was not even considered as career seriously.But now the things are changing, and i feel it is time for me to give back to the profession that gave me great joy, challenges, and personal rewards.It is my goal to share my experiences with my peers and to those who will join the fitness training profession.Further raising the standards of competence in our field and helping to spread the revelation about our wonderful profession. |
