| Introduction | I spent my childhood in Delhi with family. After my Economics degree from Delhi University and Masters in Business management, I spent many years in the FMCG industry, using the art of persuasion, marketing womens hair removal to oral care. I met my husband, Reuben at my first job and moved to Bangalore soon after marriage. The most astonishing moment of my life was when my doctor looked at my ultrasound results and told me "You have two!" Managing a high pressure job, a house to run and twin infants with no family support in Bangalore was tough. I longed for books and blogs that told its like it is and also gave tips for getting through. Its true that I heard over and over again not to microwave formula or start weaning with some Nestum or Ragi cereal – but nothing that helped with some ‘it worked for me’ advice on managing twin logistics. How to manage twin scheduling, feeding, travelling and most importantly tackling the green monster ……these were the endless challenges of twin parenting that left me hungry for some effective tips from happy moms of twins. This is my first attempt to write….….inspired by my twins! |
