Introduction	This is just a story about a girl, her dream, and her journey to reach it. Hi there and first of all thanks for checking out my blog and actually caring enough to find out a little about me. My name is Stacey Piland and I am just a girl who decided at 33 years old it was time to stop being scared and follow my dream of becoming a pastry chef and opening my very own dessert cafe in my hometown of Tallahassee, FL. Well, now I am 35 and almost finished with school and ready to see what the future holds. I am married to an amazing man named Lane who has supported this crazy decision of mine 100%.
