| Introduction | Hi, I'm Lucy, 26, a mum of 2, and I got married in July 2011. I originally started this blog to help with my post-baby/pre-wedding weight loss goals, but I have come to realise that my body will do what it wants (!) so I am instead focussing on the quality of food I put into my mouth, and trying to fit a bit of exercise in where I can.
