| Introduction | Hello beautiful, my name is Brandi and I’m the founder of Alexis June Weddings. AJW is based in New York City and named after the two loves of my life, my daughters – Kierstyn {Alexis} and Kaija {June}. I got my start in photography as a journalist in the United States Air Force where I learned to shoot film. After moving all around the world the original contact sheets from my days at the Defense Information School are some of my most treasured pieces. AJW combines my love of weddings with my photojournalistic style to capture those unexpected moments on your special day. From the bride getting ready to the first look, ceremony and even the crazy dancing photos, I’ll be there to capture every detail on your wedding day. I was raised in small town in the Midwest and always had big city dreams. When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m exploring my new hometown with my family or designing custom stationery for Alexis June Creative.
