Introduction	Cooking is what I do to get my head screwed back on properly after it has been banged around too many figures and paragraphs at work. I am firm believer that most wars could have been prevented by better cooks, a passionate advocate for the right of each food to fight being eaten (though not necessarily a right to win, of course), trained by (at least) two grandmothers and hundreds of hungry scouts, skills honed on a daily basis by my discerning wife, passionate about cooking and learning and hosting guests, addicted to said wife, good eating, books, movies, and all kinds of rpg's.
