| Introduction | i started my career as asstt. electric driver in 1986. i paid a heavily for trade union activities over indian railways. i was removed in 1992. i managed to live a respectable life and returned to Indian Railways in 2000. in 2nd inning i learned a lot from my mentor Sh. M.P Chauhan retired train driver. he trained me in trade union, law of land, rule of law, yoga, helped me stop smoking, prepare representations, making table talks, stop making a mistake. His mantra of life "this world runs on the rule Survival of the fittest" I learned and experimented a lot in trade union and service matters with almost ZERO failure. IRLRO team have decided to lift the standards of loco Running cadre long depressed by Railway Administration. My ultimate aim is to remove the control of railway administration over Loco Running cadre and transfer this to an Independent Public Authority, let all rail transport companies follow what is their in the law to deal with the category of loco pilots. |
