| Introduction | I am a Ph.D. candidate in Management at SIUC and CAPES/Fulbright scholar. I hold a MA in Business from Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG)—Brazil and a bachelor degree in automation engineering. My research interests are in organizational behavior, specifically in organizational commitment, work satisfaction, and culture. I am also interested in determining which factors might influence the willingness to share tacit knowledge among IT professionals. My dissertation is on public-private comparison regarding organizational commitment and satisfaction. I am currently an active member of NECOM, which is a federally-funded research group of UFMG focused in organizational behavior, managerial training, and consulting. |
