Introduction	Although I had applied for university to study Textiles for Fashion, I was offered a job at Rolls Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood. I worked in the Seat Coverings department from June 2011 to August 2012. I thoroughly enjoyed the new experience so I applied for an Apprenticeship in the Leather shop as I wanted to learn more new skills. I was successful with my application and started at the beginning of September 2012.As part of my Apprenticeship I am studying Upholstery at Chichester College, I am really enjoying learning a new aspect of Textiles. I love all aspects of Textiles however I have a passion for mixed media textile art. At the moment my inspiration is Nature and I enjoy experimenting with different techniques in my spare time. I am also doing an Art and Design Foundation Diploma at West Dean College. I continue to create new pieces at home and regularly sell my work at Art and Craft Fairs. I have recently become a demonstrator for a craft company called Stampin' Up! this is a paper craft company, I just loved their products and had to become part of the team!
