Introduction	My name is Maree and I have been diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome and told to follow a Low fodmap diet. It has taken me a good 18 months to get my head around this lifestyle and the results on my health have been very positive. The only negative about it is I have gained a lot of weight and so now I am embarking on not only following a low fodmap diet but also following weight watchers and reintroducing regular exercise back into my lifestyle.
